Caddy for CD drive on this Dell Optiplex GX240 SFF was nowhere to be found. Missing screws forced me to secure the Drive in the Caddy using strong doublesided Tape. The Caddy now fits neatly into the Bay without any tools, just like the original one. This makeshift solution may also work with other Dell SFF Desktops.
