Dell CPU cooling 99x28 mm Blower Auxiliary Cooling fan
prusaprinters
i wanna add a Aux cooling part to my Anycubic 4MAX but i didn't wanna buy a regular 120mm blower when i have more powerful alternatives laying around , so i took a Dell CPU cooling blower for an old OptiPlex 790 series and modify one of the pieces to used it, also i wanna cover the hole bed (220x220) for when i print bigger models . the blower is a DELTA BFB1012H capable of produce up to 28CFM of air movement so in order to control it im using a DIY speed controller with a generic MOSFET since my board do not have an extra PWM output,( i put a picture of the circuit but in youtube its plenty of videos how to make one) .For those that do have an extra PWM output its more easy to control air flow and noise . ill be update this post as i wanna do a case for the blower it self and the electronics as any other auxiliary cooling fans for better finish , to the blower the only modification needed is to cut off the to tap at the outlet that i show in one of the pictures . thanks to the original creator for share the files .
