Human: I designed this for my Dell Optiplex 390. I wanted to install my large PCI GFX card into my new computer. The original HDD mount got in the way of the end of the card and its power supply plugs. This is meant to be mounted inside the case with 3mm (or larger) screws, along with a lower mount that rests on the inner casing. The universal bracket is designed to fit into other cases but will need gluing to make it solid. I designed a spacer for the HDD that fits thinner 250GB drives and also larger 1 TB drives. This is a push fit, but can be glued if needed. The HDDs are only secured by gravity and shouldn't fall out unless the case is turned on its side. I plan on fitting only 2 HDD into the computer case due to space constraints. The 3mm mount should be printed solid so you can drill out the hole to suit the thread size that you want to use. This then gets glued to the Universal Bracket. The bottom support gets glued to the lower of the two holes to help support the bracket against the computer case. The spacer should then be printed and push fitted into the upper of the holes. The large spacer is for thinner drives (250GB) and the thin spacer is for larger drives (1TB). The end bracket is used to finish it off. This will need gluing to the universal bracket. A 0.2mm layer height was used. The Universal and End Bracket were printed with 25% infill, using support on the Universal Bracket. All other parts were printed with 100% infill and support where needed. I printed in ABS. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
