This drone propeller was designed using the Delft DU84-132V3 airfoil coordinates and thoroughly tested on the Drone Propeller Thrust Tester. It was printed at a slow speed with a 0.2 nozzle at 0.04 height per layer, then cleaned with an X-ACTO Knife. After that, it was finished with a 500 grit sandpaper. The thrust readings for the four chosen voltage values are as follows: - 1.5V yields 18.26 grams of thrust. - 2V produces 27.71 grams of thrust. - 2.5V results in 36.21 grams of thrust. - 3V generates 41.09 grams of thrust. The files to be downloaded contain all relevant pictures, along with six txt files containing airfoil coordinates, STL files, and SLDPRT files. To use the propeller, you will need to acquire a couple of 8520 coreless motors. You can utilize the SLDPRT files if you wish to make modifications to the propeller. The airfoil was plotted using the matplotlib library for Python.
