If you plan to print with PLA, use the single piece rather than the assembly. My settings are as follows: 100% honeycomb infill. Four layers for external, internal, top and bottom. A layer height of 0.12. Supports require a raft. I am using generic low-cost PLA at 195 degrees Celsius. Your printer must be perfectly calibrated in all axes (x, y, and z). Otherwise, parts will not fit well. #edit 1 I have reduced my logo depth to prevent it from impacting the print. #edit 2 The gear has a 28-tooth design with a diameter of 23.8 mm and a height of 5 mm. The shaft has a diameter of 6 mm and a height of 30.9 mm. #edit 3 I have fixed a major mistake in the shaft's dimensions, ensuring an accurate print.
