Dehydrator filter
prusaprinters

Activated carbon filter added to the top of my presto dehydrator I use to dry filament and desiccant. The bottom fits over the exhaust vents of this dehydrator and funnels air through the filter material. It helps a bit with PLA smells but I'd advise to vent ABS/ASA and other toxic filaments outside.

cut multiple carbon filters to 116mm x 116mm (jig included)

pack up to 20mm into the top top of filter box

slide lid into place and secure with one m3 x 10mm screw

potentially add duct tape to the bottom for extra grip on the top of the

Print Settings

Printer: Prusa i3 MK2S

Supports: Yes

Resolution: 0.2mm

Infill: 15% gyroid

Filament: eSun ABS Grey

Notes:

Printed in ABS for better heat resistance
