The DeHavilland Sea Vixen was a British Navy Fleet defense fighter that stormed into service in 1959. Later renamed the Hawker Siddeley Sea Vixen after DeHavilland merged with that company. It boasted an incredibly powerful radar for its time. Unfortunately, it also had a dismal safety record - a staggering 38% of them were lost to accidents and one spectacularly disintegrated at the 1952 Farnborough air show, claiming the lives of 31 people. The Sea Vixen was proudly flown by the Royal Navy's aerobatic display team. It was eventually replaced by the Phantom in 1972. The DeHavilland Sea Vixen model is recreated in full dimensions within Blender 2.79b and scaled down to a precise 1/100 for the STL file. A subsequent scale-down to 35% is then applied in the slicer. To provide context, standard reference dice are used at 15mm. As always, if this design can't be printed successfully, it won't be posted.
