Developed by de Havilland Canada, this detailed model features animateable ailerons, elevators, rudder, pontoon rudders, flaps, and propeller with retractable landing gear. Built in 2014, the medium poly model boasts a near-scale fully textured design with intricate engine and exterior details. The cabin and cockpit interiors also have some detail. This 2014 model is available in multiple formats and has been utilized by various organizations such as the US Army's Civil Air Patrol for search and rescue missions, and a Royal New Zealand Air Force Beaver supported Sir Edmund Hillary's expedition to the South Pole. Production of over 1,600 Beavers ceased in 1967 when the original line shut down.
