I purchased an DEGBIT bike light, which came with a 60lux front light as part of the bundle, but I encountered an issue - the mounting clamp was too small for my ~31.8mm handlebar. To resolve this problem, I designed a larger clamp that accommodates diameters up to ~32mm. This allowed me to reuse one of the rubber inlays from the original design. By carefully removing the lamp slide-clip and the closing mechanism from the original clamp, I was able to attach them to the new printed clamp. The only additional component needed is an M3 screw for the hinge, which completes the assembly.
