A 40mm fan support and deflector, compatible with Prusa i2's standard X-carriage, features two parts that secure to the fan with M3x12mm screws (no nuts needed). The set easily attaches as depicted in the photos. Printing instructions include: layer height of 0.25; 3 perimeters; 3 top and bottom solid layers; 35% fill density; perimeter speed at 30; infill speed at 60; travel speed at 130; nozzle diameter of 0.4mm; filament diameter of 3mm.
