Human: Defiant 28 Caddx Turtle Mount. Other parts/equipment: Hot glue M3x8mm screws (4) Install Steps: 1) Download and print each part. 2) Line up the template piece on the leading edge's center. Cut out foam behind and to the sides of the template piece, leaving a perfect hole for the Caddx base part. 3) Dry fit the Base part and create a hole for the wiring harness. Feed the harness through from the battery bay's inside. Use a wiring harness with an adjustable pigtail that lets you change camera settings in the field. 4) Plug the wiring harness into the camera board. Also, plug the camera into the board if not already done. 5) Mount the camera board to the base part using two screws. The sd card slot should be at the top of the board. 6) Mount the Caddx camera into the top piece, ensuring the cutout is on the right side when viewed from the front. 7) Line up the camera and board according to the picture above. You may need to spin the camera 360 degrees for a smooth cable twist. 8) Align the top and bottom printed parts, checking screw holes for any wires in the way. Insert M3x8mm (4) screws and securely attach the two parts together. 9) Secure the base to the cutout section with hot glue. This gives you time to fit the parts perfectly and fills imperfections easily. Rubbing alcohol helps release hot glue, making it simple to remove parts if needed.
