Defcon26 BFP Badge

Defcon26 BFP Badge

thingiverse

A BFP badge that you can use as a frame for your favorite Goon's picture or turn into whatever your imagination comes up with, is available. This badge also comes with a non-bunny ear top that can be used as a plain badge platform for any mix of elements. Have fun and get creative. This design was optimized to be printed on a 120x120mm bed using an MPSV1 printer. The print consists of three parts: the top (bunny or plain), the bottom, and the Defcon26 text bar. Simply glue these parts together for a quick assembly. The inner circle measures 95mm in diameter, while the outer circle is 100mm wide. This badge may serve as an interesting platform for various projects, such as Arduino Flora/Lillypad or LED ring development. Additional mounting points might be added at a later time. However, this will not happen before DC26. A possible modification to strengthen the top-bottom connection is being considered. Images of the completed build will be posted soon. This project is currently in its Work In Progress (WIP) stage. *Update*: The first print turned out nicely, but it appears that some support on the back is necessary. For now, a square piece of plastic will be printed and glued to the back for added stability. Further design modifications might be made to improve this aspect.
