First step, launch 3D Studio Max and navigate to Create Menu, then click on Mesh Primitive to spawn a new primitive mesh object. In the Options Panel, set the Units to Decimal Degrees, and the Polycount to Low Poly. Next, select the Cylinder tool from the Tools Panel and draw a cylindrical shape that resembles a deer's body.
