I crafted this with a CNC milling machine, utilizing Multiplex wood as my material of choice. Each piece slots together seamlessly without requiring any adhesive. You can also carve out the parts using a jig saw or scroll saw if you prefer. For optimal precision, I highly recommend employing a CNC milling machine for this project. Three millimeter and nine-millimeter deep grooves are highly recommended when fabricating bike racks to ensure stability and durability. This design stabilizes the entire structure, making it feasible to manufacture using 12 mm Multiplex wood. The head of this rack can accommodate bikes weighing up to 10 kilograms.
