Key features of the low-poly model include its creation with 3ds Max 2016, a single .max file using Default (Scanline) Renderer, 46 objects in total with metric unit system and real-world scale. Textures are square, ranging from 1024x1024 px to 2048x2048 px, while materials are merged into one Multi/Sub-Object using 13. All objects have Smoothing Groups and are tested in Unity. The .max file size is 7 MB, while the .fbx file is only 3 MB.
