Deep One Hybrid Lightless Beacon Call of Cthulhu

Deep One Hybrid Lightless Beacon Call of Cthulhu

thingiverse

This is a model of a Deep One Hybrid from the Lightless Beacon scenario for the Call of Cthulhu role playing game. From the text: "Deep one hybrids are offspring born to deep ones and humans. Although their early years appear normal, changes in appearance and physiology emerge during late teens - commonly known as the "Innsmouth Look". By middle age, most hybrids display noticeable deformities, forcing them to retreat to private homes with tightly shut doors. Within a few short years, the hybrid undergoes its final transformation into a deep one, embarking on a new life in the depths of the sea." The head was created from scratch using SculptGL software. The body was originally designed in DesktopHero3D and later modified within SculptGL. Final adjustments and scaling were completed within TinkerCAD. This model was printed upside down with the face facing upwards. Supports were used during printing, taking approximately 30 minutes at a resolution of 0.2mm. Once complete, it was attached to a standard 25mm GW base, also printed separately. The paint job is intentionally basic.
