Deep, Dark & Dangerous music label bead. This bead is good for kandi bracelets and can be printed dual color. There are four models. One is a large flat model, good for necklaces, large bracelet charms, maybe even coasters. One model is small and stubby, good for small beads and hat clips. Each version has a model with a hole and one without. The models are HUGE, so you'll need to scale them to fit your needs.
