Deep Blue vs Garry Kasparov (1996) Game 1
sketchfab
February 10, a day that marked history in the world of chess. The first game of the 1996 match was a groundbreaking moment when a computer program, Deep Blue, defeated a reigning world champion under standard tournament conditions and traditional time controls. Today, I had an urge to create some chess pieces, so I decided to try speed modeling. I set up the pieces in a way that depicted Deep Blue's historic victory over Kasparov. These words still echo today: "Machine's triumph is man's triumph."
