Deej Audio Mixer / Fader Enclosure

Enclosure for 5 75mm x 9mm faders and an Arduino Pro Micro.

Size is about 10x8cm. The bottom is held on with M2 screws.

I use it together with the awesome deej software.

To keep it from moving around a "sticky gel pad" found on aliexpress can be used.

Post-Printing

Depending on your filament and print settings you might want to heat up the clips with a lighter to not break them off when inserting the faders.

In case you have broken off some of the clips just use a few drops of super glue to hold the faders in.

I would also recommend to heat up the metal part before pushing on the knobs. My faders seemd to have quite bad tolerances, and some knobs were hard to get on otherwise.

How I Designed This

Designed with Fusion 360. I tried to make it as small as possible and wanted to have no visible screws.
Category: Computer
