Featuring a LOFT-style decorative set, this model utilizes Corona Renderer v1.0 for its materials. Note that compatibility with previous versions is not guaranteed. At the time of conversion, VRay could not be converted to Corona. The archive contains the following files: a max 2014 version (to minimize file size), FBX and OBJ files, and texture files (accounting for 70% of the archive's weight). The decorative set includes various items such as a flashlight, vase with a branch, turk, a box and ottoman with letters, a bottle of water, a decorative clothes pin, an ivy heart, an antique mirror, and a wooden chest of drawers with numbers in the LOFT style. The model has 198,544 polygons (including 110,500 for the plant) and comes with 37 textures, both medium and high resolution. Models are closed, but stacked.
