Decorative toothpicks

thingiverse

I was inspired by this object - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:197159 - to create a decoration for toothpicks that I really love! The ribbon itself can be easily washed and reused, which is obviously a big plus. Here's how I set up my printer: Print Settings: Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.09 mm Infill: Full Post-Printing Process: To achieve a shiny finish, I used acetone cold vapor after the print. You'll need: Acetone A tumbler glass Wire A cap (a sheet of paper will work in a pinch) Patience - it'll take around an hour!
