<p>Christmas lantern with replaceable "glass"</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>All prints are done without any supports</p> <p>Lantern is comprised of the 2 prints: lantern and lantern-lid. These are printed at 0.3mm layer, 20% infill. I used PRUSA Mystic Brown for these as it gives a nice "metallic" look.</p> <p>You can then optionally print out 4 "glass" inserts. These are printed at 0.2 layer height and are only 2 layers thick. I've used the PRUSA Crystal Clear for these and increased the nozzle temperature to avoid blockages in the nozzle.</p> <p>I've provided 3 designs. I used 2 pairs on designs in my print, but feel free to print all the same or whatever mix you want. The idea is that they are easily replaceable so can be swapped out as you go. I've also tried coloured filament and found that a lot work as "glass" at this thickness.</p> <p>You can obviously also swap out the Christmas themed images for blanks or for any other holiday - so it's the gift that keeps on giving!</p>
