Overview: The inspiration for this design came from the depiction of dragon eggs in shows like Game of Thrones. I thought the scaled texture would be an interesting challenge to model in CAD and I think the final results turned out looking great, especially with the silky rainbow PLA I used to print. Printing: Designed to be printed without supports. This print does take a while so I recommend running it overnight so it's ready the next morning. Note, the egg can easily be scaled up and down depending on the capacity of your printer and the time you have available. I personally printed mine at 1.5x original scale since the model itself is a little small.
