Something I made for a guy at work. Mounts under the switch plate cover screws. Plate slides in with a snap. Mount in the corresponding direction you want in order to lock out the switch in on or off. Do not remove the switch cover plate! Especially if you don't know what you're doing!! You could literally die. No joke. More people die from from contact with 120V electricity than any others.
