This 3D model was originally created with SketchUp 13, then exported to all other popular 3D formats. The native format is .skp and the corresponding 3ds Max scene uses 3ds Max 2016. Vray 3.00 was utilized for rendering purposes. To experience the 3D content with zooming and rotating capabilities, click on "Rotation" from under the Download section.
