I am a dental technician and I wanted to make a decorative and advertising object for a dentist friend. This molar can be hung on a wall, thanks to these two screw boxes, or simply placed on a shelf or a windowsill. Tooth for arranging an RGB LED filament. Specially designed for easy printing. No media required. Turn the files in Black PLA to place them with the front side (visible) on the BED if you print on glass, the look will be even nicer. The files have been set up for FDM printing, with enough clearance between each element, and with filleting/chamfering to avoid a bead on the first two layers (And too much scratching...). It is sometimes necessary to deburr the perimeter if there is too much resistance (for my part, only the mouth (black) and the veneers (white) required manual intervention). PLA three colors: Black (background, contour, smile) White or Pearl White (inner tooth, root, and veneers 11 to 23) Red or Pink for the tongue. I need a BED of 300X300, my printers are equipped with BL Touch and I had no problem printing. For the 7 facets, printed all together with a brim of 10 lines so that all the brim touch each other (makes printing and cutting easier)
