Based on a neighbor design that's been revamped, I've created an openSCAD model that can be tailored to fit any card size and deck height you desire. Feel free to experiment with the geometry to give it your own unique twist. The corners of this design are printed at a 45-degree angle, which should work seamlessly on most printers. In my testing, everything came out perfectly fine - although I did notice that some extra plastic accumulated in the connections, so I'll need to tweak that aspect next time around.
