I once modified the deck from waheiko so that now a VTX03 can fit inside. I had already done the modification last year and added cuts to an original deck at that time. I use the VTX03 from Banggood and the camera. The VTX03 is located here: https://www.banggood.com/custlink/GD3mEEbRv2. The cables on the VTX need to be soldered to the other side. The camera is available at this link: https://www.banggood.com/custlink/vmvGRdbyD0. I removed the micro from the cam. I used hot glue to secure the cam and VTX together. It's best to put a layer of insulating tape between the VTX and the flight controller to prevent short circuits.
