Decepticon Arm Communicator

So, I created an Arm Communicator piece for Siege Ratchet with the Autobot logo back in the day. And got a request to maybe also have a version with the Decepticon logo on the back, to help the cons even things up. Well, here it is! It hasn't been tested yet (will do that soon!) but thought of just releasing it so all you folks can give it a shot. Believe it will fit quite nicely on Siege Soundwave. Or really any bot who has a 5mm port on the forearm.
