This version requires no support at all, as the locking tab is separated, allowing it to be printed flat. This makes it extremely strong and easy to assemble - just click it into place. Once assembled, it's difficult to disassemble. The initial idea comes from this project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4248511 --- Print Parameters: - Material: PET-G - Nozzle maximum diameter: 0.4mm - Layer thickness: 0.2mm - Perimeters: 3 to 5 - Top and bottom layers: 3 - Infill density: 40% - Infill pattern: Concentric or Grid - Seam position: Random - Solid Infill Threshold Area: 70mm^2 To achieve the best results, use adaptive printing parameters set. Print parameters can be adjusted for different adaptor areas. For more details, ask in comments.
