This version requires no support at all, the locking tab is separated, so it can be printed flat. This makes it very strong and easy to assemble - just click in. Once assembled, it's hard to disassemble. The initial idea comes from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4248511 --- Print parameters: - Material - PET-G - Nozzle max 0.4mm - Layer max 0.2mm - Perimeters - 3 to 5 - Top/bottom layers - 3 - Infill density - 40% - Infill pattern - Concentric or Grid - Seam position - Random - Solid Infill Threshold Area - 70mm2 Best results can be achieved with adaptive printing parameters set. Print parameters adjusted for different adaptor areas. For details, ask in comments. Be careful to place support only under exhale plugs. Otherwise, support leftovers will block the adapter from proper installation on the mask. - Subea_Easybreath_1xDAR_Adapter_separate_tab_v2.3-T.stl - separate locking tab - useful for arranging multiple tabs on print bed - Subea_Easybreath_1xDAR_Adapter_separate_tab_v2.3-W.stl - separate front valve washer - useful for arranging multiple washers on print bed.
