Decathlon EasyBreath HEPA/FFP2/FFP3 Filter holder
thingiverse
This is a DIY upgrade for the Decathlon EasyBreath face mask filter box. To enhance filtration, purchase HEPA filter tissue or material with 4mm/8mm thickness and trim it to fit snugly within the filter holder. Revision 2 incorporates several key improvements. Initially, I eliminated the top filter holes, leaving only a frame to accommodate a metallic grid between the filter box and the filter itself inside the box. The bottom of the filter features elevated ribs, designed to optimize air circulation. A metallic grid can be placed between these ribs and the filter, ensuring that it does not come into contact with the bottom of the filter box. Manifold 1 is best printed in accordance with the attached image. I achieved optimal results by printing at a layer height of 0.2mm from 0 to 35mm and 0.1mm from 35mm to completion. Walls can be successfully printed using two walls with line thicknesses of 0.44/0.46, resulting in 100% infill density. I hope this upgrade proves beneficial for you.
