Deauther Monster Case
thingiverse
The Deauther Monster is a Deauther with two big 3200 mAh LiPo batteries, a flashlight LED, and auxiliary USB ports combined into one device, making it an excellent emergency/portable USB power source. This design is specifically for the V2 model. Although dimensions may remain the same for V1 and V3 models, some important components have undergone slight layout changes in V2. Therefore, this case is tailored to fit V2. There are pockets at the bottom for non-skid feet to provide extra grip. The case includes a base and a ring. To assemble it, simply screw the Monster into the base using the screws that originally held the plastic shield on the bottom of the Deauther. Next, place the ring over it and secure the top shield with screws; this will hold the ring in position. You'll need to drill holes in the top shield for access to the reset and flash buttons. Alternatively, you can remove the top shield entirely when updating firmware. The on/off button is connected to a bendy arm within the ring using a foot to actuate it. After printing, I had to use an X-acto blade to free up the sides of the gap. I have designed two versions of the bottom pieces - one with and one without a hole for an external antenna. A U.FL Mini PCI to RP-SMA Female Pigtail Antenna Wi-Fi Low Loss Coaxial Cable was used to mount a 2.4GHz 6dBi Indoor Omni-Directional WiFi Antenna 802.11n/b/g RP-SMA Female Connector antenna on the case. If you're using the antenna board that comes with the Monster, it fits neatly along the side or bottom of the case without obstructing any ports.
