Deathclaw Skull remix (hollowed and enlarged)

I really enjoyed this model, so I used Cyanhyena's high-res version and scaled it up to 150%. Going further with a 200% scale would have been even better, but I can always print it again if needed. To reduce material usage, I cut the pieces into manageable sections and hollowed them out accordingly. My goal was to achieve a wall thickness of 2-3mm, which is why I chose this approach. After welding the parts together, I coated them with Smooth-Cast 321 and gave it a coat of paint. The upper skull tipped the scales at around 750g, while the jaw came in at approximately 400g. * To print this model efficiently, cut it up into smaller pieces that will minimize support material usage. You'll still need supports for most parts, but not all. I recommend adding brims to every piece for added security. * The jaw was printed in a single piece with three shells and 15% infill. A small nub was removed to allow the jaw to flex just enough to fit onto the upper skull. At this scale, the jaw is surprisingly rigid. * Don't attempt to scale this model down significantly - the walls will become too thin in some areas, resulting in unreliable prints. If you want a smaller version, try printing the original model instead. However, if you do manage to successfully scale it down, please share your results with me!
