Death whistle
thingiverse
I was completely captivated by Aztec death whistles, so I took on the challenge of reverse engineering one using cross-section images from Google and explanatory videos from YouTube. The angle and intensity at which you blow into the whistle significantly impact the sound produced, albeit subtly. After a considerable amount of trial-and-error, this design yielded one of the better sounding whistles. What do you think? https://youtu.be/NcdXHN-ka_o Print Settings: Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm layer height Infill: 20% Notes: Shell thickness is 0.39mm (or less). You can scale it up to lower the fundamental frequency, but more effort will be required to produce sound. Post-Printing: Carefully snip off any stringing around the whistle holes. This will help maintain the whistling clarity. Be aware that this whistle can get extremely loud! Remember to protect your hearing and handle it responsibly.
