Back again with another Star Wars-themed tap handle inspired by Rogue One, I've designed a Death Star that's almost too good to be true! The real challenge came from remaking this iconic model, but I managed to find one glaring weakness - the Death Star itself is hollow, but there's a 1mm thick layer of plastic running across its equator. Fortunately, my printer handled it with ease, and since the angles on the Death Star are so smooth, I was able to print it without needing any support structures at all!
