Here is my version of the Death Star plans for Rogue One, designed to fit snugly into the slot on the 3D printed radar eye on R2-D2. I created this design to be screen-accurate, but with a few tweaks to make it functional and printable. I used a gold Hatchbox PLA disc, which looks stunning in the finished product. The holder is made from clear Inland PETG, as shown in the attached photo. The result is a beautiful, high-quality print that's sure to impress. Here are my print settings: Printer: Raise3D N2 Rafts: Yes - I highly recommend using rafts for this super thin piece, especially if your bed isn't perfectly calibrated. Supports: No - I designed the holder to be self-supporting, so you won't need any additional support material. Resolution: 0.1mm - This high resolution helps ensure a smooth, detailed finish on the printed disc and holder. Infill: N/A - Since this is a thin piece, infill isn't necessary. Notes: Be sure to use a raft when printing this design, as it can help prevent warping and ensure a clean bed adhesion.
