I've included two couplers to accommodate printers' calibration requirements, as one is larger than the other. I have not conducted test printing yet. This design utilizes the "Death Star" model from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1365728) and the coupler from Thingiverse's indicator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2908163).
