**A big set of Death Star models as** - **Bauble** (with a ring or inside-hole) - named 'ball' - 8cm diameter - **Box** (can work as a bauble too, you can put sweets inside :)) - 8cm - **Keyring** - 3cm - **Earring** - 2cm - **Lamp shade** - 8cm - **Matrioshka** (when printed few models in different size) - **Fridge magnet** - **Stand** for Death Star (rectangle / triangle , with / without holes , with carved / domed letters) It's a redesigned model of my old Death Star Box Changed texture and UV map and added a lot of different model versions Texture used (I modified it) is from here http://3dmoddeling.blogspot.com/2011/12/blog-post_12.html --- **Model of a box** is made of 3 elements - **top**, **bottom** and a **thread** No glue needed **'For-supp'** models will need supports **Thread** is in two versions. Use **'thread_lower'** if you will have some problems (a big gap between top and bottom parts when assembled) - I used it when printed models with 0.6mm nozzle There is a **bottom model with a thread** included - box will be little lighter and easier to use but will need supports **As an example for simple box, printed without supports, use:** deathstar_box_v2_bottom deathstar_box_v2_THREAD deathstar_box_v2_top_NO-hole *and an optional -* deathstar_v2_stand **Matrioshka** was tested with 100%, 75%, 50% boxes (with flat roof) and 25% ball. You can print some more with lower size changes (maybe each 20%) With round roof (models 'for-supp') there is more space so you can print even more Models of a box with size of around 50% and less will need 0.1mm layer hight (I printed with 0.2mm and there is a little gap on some layers). Models of a box smaller than 40% may need smaller nozzles (than typical 0.4mm) **Lamp-shade** is a ball with cutted off bottom part. You can put it on the electric candle or other light source (no open fire) - as on first photo **Earring, Keyring** and a **Fridge magnet** are with little changed model compared to original.
