The Sword Death's Sword comes alive in Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels and is brought into being by Sky One's The Hogfather. This recreation will eventually be used for a Susan (Death's Granddaughter) cosplay at an upcoming event. The Design Multiple designs found on Thingiverse have been combined to create this sword: 1. A skull from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:518109 2. A spine from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2576108 3. A bone for the handle, sourced from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5820 4. Hand and arm designs from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1892579 Work on the sword is still in progress as I plan to add a channel for an LED strip that will make the edge of the blade glow blue. The Purpose The overall dimensions are designed to allow this to be a full two-handed sword while staying within UK cosplay event length limits.
