Death Gun from Sword Art Online (Gun Gale Online) I have established a shop on Shapeways, where you can purchase this mask. The design is now available online at https://www.shapeways.com/shops/ferreusveritas. Version 2 of the mask has been released, and it boasts several improvements. I've scaled up the original design to fit the average adult-sized head by 120%, making it a more comfortable fit. To further enhance comfort, I've warped the back edges of the mask slightly. A new buckle hole has also been added to the top. To make it easier for users to work with the design files, I have separated them better and included both a ready-to-print file as well as the original whole mask file. The former is optimized for use on Makerbot Replicator 2 printers, ensuring a snug fit without any issues. Design Process Official reference art from Blender and Inkscape was used to create this design. To ensure it would fit a real human head, artistic license was exercised to adapt the anime art accordingly. Print: Bottom (or whole mask) Vent (2x) Lens retainer (2x) Lens spacer (4x) Buckle (5x) Buckle bushing (5x) First, print the required parts. Cut off the helper discs, and superglue the halves together to assemble the pieces. Please note that a ready-to-print mask file has been designed for those without supports in mind. Additionally, a lens file is included, but it's intended for reference only. To make use of it, you'll need to print a clear lens.
