The helmet shown in the link above is a key component of this costume. To access the rig parts, which include the back piece, visit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3738361/files. Please note that not all parts are currently uploaded and will undergo changes in the near future. The gun featured in this costume was not designed by me; it is based on a model found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1504670. I improved its electronics, incorporating a single trigger and RGB LEDs. I obtained the original model from game files, converting it to STL format before using meshmixer and tinkercad to make it printable with my limited knowledge. The main helmet requires significant printing capabilities; at least a build volume of 220/220/230 is necessary. You may be able to print smaller models, but I printed mine upside down and rotated it 45 degrees on the horizontal plane to achieve this. The wall thickness on both the helmet and backplate is approximately 1.2-2mm. My goal was to minimize the size of the helmet since oversized designs are common in deadspace cosplays, which often appear silly. To add detail to the helmet, I manually incorporated features that were not included in the original game mesh, ensuring accuracy where possible. Some parts require printing twice and then mirrored for correct assembly, denoted by "X2" on the model. Your slicer should be able to handle this automatically; if not, Cura is a reliable option that works well with most printers. Assembly involves slotting some pieces together while others need to be glued in place. I will release additional files for the costume's other parts in the near future.
