I managed to catch a sneak peek at the new Deadpool movie and I was inspired to create something related to it using my 3D printer. I designed this logo so each color would be precisely 2mm tall, requiring multiple processes in Simplify3D to print with a single extruder. The .zip file contains the PNG image I traced, along with the Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop files used to create it. Printing Details Printer: gMax 1.5XT Rafts: No rafts were used. Supports: Supports were not necessary. Resolution: Printing was done at a resolution of .25 layers. Infill: The infill density was set to 20%. Notes: This model is 6mm tall, with each color section being 2mm high. To achieve the best results, print with layer heights that divide evenly by 2 or 4.
