This is a deadlift ramp/wedge designed to make loading the bar one side at a time much easier. Simply roll the weight on and load your plates, then move the ramp to the other side to finish loading up. It works great and has saved me a lot of frustration when dealing with heavier bars. Made for standard Olympic 45lb plates that are 450mm (18in) in diameter. The deadlift ramp comes with a motivational message printed on one side.
