Simple Jig to Install Deadbolts and Entrance Locksets. This Jig Acts as a Square, Allowing You to Perfectly Line Up Latch Height and Cross Bore Hole. The Two Posts on the Short Side Are Used to Find the Centre of the Door As Follows: Place the Short Side of the Jig on the Edge of the Door with the Two Small Posts Either Side of the Door. Twist the Device Until Both Posts Contact the Door. The Centre Hole Between the Posts Will Now Be Perfectly Aligned with the Centre of the Door. Use a Pencil and Move the Jig Up and Down to Mark a Centre Line.
