Dead Pool Buckles
thingiverse
I printed this Deadpool model, but there's a flaw in the STL file - the shoulder straps' buckles are distorted or tear during printing, which I've noticed in some "I made this" photos too. To fix it, I designed new buckles to replace them using 123D Design. Simply cut off the old buckles at the belt with a sharp knife and then print these replacement ones. Once they're printed, you might need to trim them for a proper fit. Note that I measured and printed these buckles specifically for my Deadpool model, so you may need to adjust the scaling to match your own prints. Post-Printing Trim the new buckles to fit snugly on the strap's sides and then glue them in place using epoxy or weld with acetone if you're working with ABS plastic.
