The original 3D model was designed using Sketchup 6 and successfully exported to every other popular 3D format out there. Its native format is the proprietary .skp file type, while a compatible 3dsmax scene can be opened directly in 3ds Max 2016 without any conversion required, utilizing Vray 3.00 for top-notch rendering capabilities. Located on the west side of the bustling Fish Market lies The Korenbeurs Groningen, an eye-catching building that showcases stunning neoclassical architectural flair. Constructed between 1862 and 1865, this grand structure was built to replace two smaller exhibition halls, featuring innovative cast iron construction and clever use of glass at the time. Glass panels allowed for ample natural light to flood the interior spaces, crucial for inspecting grain samples displayed by traders known as stockbrokers, who adhered to strict rules within their trade organization called "Association de Korenbeurs." The building's impressive presence is complemented by a matching platform and stairs leading to it on one side, while its roof proudly displays striking sculptures of Neptune, Ceres, and Mercury - iconic symbols of the sea, agriculture, and commerce respectively.
