This is a custom-made key designed specifically for electrical DCS cabinets, crafted with the intention of maximizing its structural integrity. I manufacture them 100% solid, a deliberate choice aimed at enhancing their overall durability and robustness. To achieve an exceptionally polished appearance, I recommend rotating the model in the slicer software to a vertical orientation before printing. For added strength, consider rotating it to lay flat during the printing process, which will result in an even more robust final product.
