DCF680 Hanger Holder - DeWalt 8V MAX Cordless Screwdriver
thingiverse
A hanger for the DeWalt DCF680 featuring: - trigger cutout allowing storage in both straight and angled grip configurations - storage for spare battery - fits with or without protective cap - storage for DeWalt tough case - keeps your bits at hand - storage for charger - includes cable retention and cutout for charging while in the hanger - two additional small storage spaces - all storage slots sit at a ~2-3 degree angle to prevent items from falling out The table I wanted to hang my DCF680 off of had a 30x30mm support beam running the length of it 50mm from the edge that I designed around. I have provided that version as well as one with a flat top, but the flat top version wastes a lot of internal space behind the storage slots. Making those much deeper to utilize the space makes it difficult to get small items (like bits) out. A flat top version would be better optimized with the battery and misc storage slots moved to the bottom so they don't need to run the full length of the hanger and waste space. I used strips of VHB tape to secure the hanger to my table. Without the weight of a tough case full of bits, friction around the support bar alone was able to hold everything up for a week without slipping at all; I have had no issues with the VHB tape holding for the last month under mild vibration from a CR10 and Dremel being used on the table. Printed with rear face on the bed, 3 perimeters, 15% lightning infill, .4 nozzle, .28 layer height, .44 line width
