The design is a remix by Max63 - Massimo from http://www.scalatt.it/forum/viewtopic.php?f=117&t=15474. To attach the screen to the top half of the case, I used #6 x 3/8 pan socket head screws with included spacers. For assembling the two halves of the case together, I relied on #6 x 1" drywall screws.
